Sarah Murphy Adolescent and
Young Adult Life Coaching
Skills for Success, Growth, and Happiness
I've worked with adolescents and young adults since the start of my career at Massachusetts General Hospital in 1995. After 30 years as a healthcare professional and educator, I'm convinced that coaching is a highly effective way to empower adolescents and young adults with skills and strategies to build their confidence, increase motivation, and reduce unnecessary suffering and anxiety. Coaching helps adolescents and young adults to overcome their current challenges, explore opportunities, develop invaluable skill sets, and move forward with more focus and enthusiasm. It helps them to navigate a complicated world and build a successful, fulfilling future. My faith in the process and my enthusiasm for their lives is the special sauce.
